For the 2019-2020 Season, District 4 will only be accepting Intent to Enter the District 4 Playoffs electronically. No Intent to Enters will be accepted via e mail. All submissions must be by midnight on November 01. You may request an exception, if granted by District 4, there will be a $50 late fee added to the entrance fee. The process will require one application for each team being entered. Please note that we use PayPal to collect the entry fees. PayPal has a limit of three entrants per email address. This will impact those who are registering multiple teams. If an Association/Club does not know the specific team that will be attending, a generic team must be entered (i.e.: Squirt B 1) as a placeholder and the entry fee must be paid. The specific team can be identified any time before credentialing by emailing the Tournament Director Dan Pozdol The entry fee is $105 per team.
Teams can request a refund ($100) if they elect not to participate up until midnight November 15 by e mailing Dan Pozdol. Refund checks will be sent to the submitter of the Intent.
The Intent to Enter link will be available on October 11, 2019
Note: this does not apply to Tier 1 teams and girl only teams. Go to the MAHA website to enter.
