REGULAR SEASON
Teams coming during the regular season will need to provide an approved Travel permit signed by Hockey Canada.  Each Player must show a current Canadian player card.  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HEAD COACHES TO INSURE THE TEAM THEY ARE PLAYING HAS A VALID TRAVEL PERMIT.

SPRING OR SUMMER GAMES
Teams must present an insurance certificate (general liability) to show they have equal coverage to what USAH provides for members.  This policy must be presented for consideration to the USAH Michigan Affiliate Registrar at least 30 days prior to the start of the tournament/game.  E mail certificates to Bob Yohe at michregistrar@gmail.com.  Be sure to include the name, date, and sanction number of the tournment/game the team is planning to participate in.
Each player must present a current Canadian player card.
